There is no size limit, or maximum, but rather the focus should be on the richness of the data you have available. The key in data and analytics is variance. Meaning, even if you have a small data set of sales, for example, but you saw fluctuations in demand while keeping the price constant, then there are insights to gain there (inelastic consumer demand). Likewise, if you fluctuated the price and but saw changes in sales, there are insights to gain with the data in that scenario as well (elastic consumer demand).

Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence models are very specific products that typically do not have applicability towards the majority of business problems we’re working to solve. Machine leaning is a technique used when you have poor data and/or you want to receive almost a random generation of results. In our experience, clients are seeking a precise output whether in the form of forecasting, propensity probabilities or policy/campaign measurement.
Likewise, A.I. (in its current form within the news) is a large language model which we cannot perform diagnostic statistics to know whether the model is performing correctly. A.I. is very subjective and unreliable methodology that has limited use-cases in Industry.
Glacier Analytics, LLC prioritizes analytical techniques in which both the client and we can objectively evaluate whether the project is achieving both accuracy and precision. With that, we do not leverage ML or A.I. techniques as it would not be in the best interest of our clients.
